Shipping & Delivery

We use either GLS or the Austrian Postal Service to ship your parcel.

Current Situation: Please note that there are no restrictions in the supply chain, all orders will be shipped as usual.

PREORDER items are marked with "Made to Order". These items will be extra produced for you. This takes 10-14 business days + shipping. You will receive a Tracking Number after placing your order. The Trackin Number will be updated as soon as your order is ready and will leave our warehouse. FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING starts at 50€ -70€ order amount. For orders under 50€, there is a Shipping flat rate. Please see below.  

All the below delivery dates are estimated and we can't guarantee it. So if you need your order for a certain date, please calculate any delays in. 

ATTENTION: It is not possible to ship your order to DHL Parcel Stations.

Note: Due the current Situation, international Standard Shipping can take up to 8 weeks. Customers outside Europe may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

After the parcel left our office you will get a tracking number from us. Please note: After we sent your parcel out, the transport company is responsible for any damages or in case of lost. We are not liable for any lost packages. But we are always happy to help you out if there is any problem with the delivery.
