Wanna make a return? No problem!
Here's how: 14 Day Returns When you get your jewels, you have 14 days to get it back to us. If you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it!
Fill in the returns form which is included within the delivery and send it together with the items you want to return back to us. Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the jewels are faulty. We can't except parcels which are shipped unpaid.
If you received a faulty jewel or the wrong item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make it right!
What is the returns policy?

• You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be in new condition & the seal tag must be on.
IN DETAIL: What return options can I choose from?
You can select either a refund for the cost of the item, or a store credit.
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition and the seal tag must be on. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Zoeca suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Zoeca will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back.
Returning a package:
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Zoeca is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take for my exchange/refund to be processed?
we will refund you as quick as possible and within 7 days after we get your package back. We use the same method you used to pay for your refund, and email you once complete.
What if you guys sent me a faulty item?
We're super sorry! If we sent you an item that isn't quite right, please email email@example.com and we'll do everything we can to put a smile back on your dial.
What if my parcel get's lost?
All our parcels sent out insured. This means you will get a Tracking Number to see where it is.
Please note: After we sent your parcel out, the transport company is responsible for any damages or in case of lost. We are not liable for any lost packages. In case of lost the Transport Company will refund you the whole amount of your order. But we are always happy to help you out if there is any problem with the delivery.
